How Do I Pay?

  • You can pay via Pay Maya (Master Card, Visa, American Express, JCB or Maya)
  • GCash or Bank Deposit or Bank Transfer, either through BDO, BPI or Metrobank.     ** for Bank Transfers/GCash you will receive an SMS for the BANK Details  or GCash Account on the Number you provided.

- Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12pm Manila


- Delivery fees apply for same day delivery Via Local Courier Service eg. Lalamove, Grab, etc…. within Metro Manila and Nearby Provinces

 

- Metro Manila Rates via LBC

   PHP 20014 x 9.5 inches pouch approximately total weight of up to 1kg.

- Provincial Rates via LBC

   PHP 250 – 14 x 9.5 inches pouch approximately total weight of up to 1kg.

   

- Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays, and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather events or government mandated Covid-19 safety measures.


- Delivery is available Monday to Sunday.

 

How do I place an order?

 

Shopping with Tupped is easy


1. Log on to tuppedshop.com

2. To add items to your cart, click on 'Add to Bag' with your desired quantity.

3. To review your items, click on the 'Bag' icon located at the upper right corner of the page.


When you're ready to place your order:

4. Click on ‘Secure Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for your review.
5. Fill in your preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Payment Option then click on ‘Place Order’ to proceed with the payment.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.


What is the return and exchange policy?

Tupped allows returns for Damage Items

- Item must be in its original purchase condition - packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
- For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by Tupped.
- Your rights under any applicable consumer law are additional to and not affected by Tupped’s return and exchange policy above.

Under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) 
A sudden change of mind does not entitle you to a Refund or an Exchange.
