Colourpop Instigator is a moderately warm-toned, light-medium coral with a semi-matte finish.
Our highly pigmented, super comfy matte liquid lipstick that dries down for long-lasting wear. Lightweight & smooth, get intense colour payoff in just one swipe! It delivers full coverage with a flexible feel for an ultra-matte look. Infused with antioxidant-rich Kakadu Plum & Sweet Cherry Oil, smoothing Yuzu and Japanese Sumac to help reduce feathering.
APPLICATION TIPS:
1. Exfoliate your lips for smoothest application.
2. To wear alone, use the tip of the applicator to outline the lips and then fill in with the lip colour.
3. For the most precision application, start with a matching Lippie Pencil and fill in lips with lip colour.
4. If you'd like, you can apply your favorite Ultra Glossy Lip as a glossy topper!
