✅ STEP ONE: ENHANCE Slightly overline outside the upper lip line with Ultra Suede® Sculpting Lip Pencil (sold separately), focusing on the Cupid's bow.

✅ STEP TWO: LIFT Slightly overline the center of the bottom lip line, then extend the liner upwards to the outer corners moving the liner inside the lip line.

✅ STEP THREE: FILL Softly diffuse and blend the lip pencil from the corners inward and finish with your favorite shade of Jelly Jar™ Lip and Cheek Balm.
