HOW TO USE:
-Carefully open the clear plastic sifter when using the product
-Add a touch of shimmer to your makeup look by gently applying glitter toppers using fingertips, sponge, or a brush in a tapping motion onto your eyelid
-To enhance your eye look, layer the product on top of the Major Dimension Palette
-Loose glitter toppers can be applied anywhere shimmer is desired
Ingredient Callouts: Free of parabens, formaldehydes, formaldehyde-releasing agents, phthalates, mineral oil, retinyl palmitate, oxybenzone, coal tar, hydroquinone, sulfates SLS & SLES, triclocarban, triclosan, and contains less than one percent synthetic fragrance. It is also cruelty-free.
